The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the Photocopier business in Singapore. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development for Singapore Market
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential customers.
- Revenue & Commission Management
- Achieve individual and team sales targets to maximize earnings potential.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize revenue generation.
- Work closely with management to structure commission plans and incentives.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the Photocopier industry.
