Job description

  • Principally responsible for managing a team to acquire PF and PF-I, and cross sell products and to achieve the assigned team targets.
  • Resolve day to day operational issues and monitoring service standard.
  • Developing a high performance organization.
  • To achieve monthly SOP of RM245K for PF & RM650K for PF-i as per allocated headcount
  • Working with team members to ensure sales target are achieved.
  • Conduct sales meeting with team members to review individual / team performance, sales activities & KPIs and to discuss other matters related to sales.
  • Ensure team members achieve a high standard of motivation and performance through: -
  • Coaching and guiding sales staff to deliver maximum sales volume.
  • Monitoring and communicating results achievement via sales review meeting.
  • Review Performance Improvement Process (PIP) and update/feedback on career counselling and review competency profiling to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • To manage & motivate team members.
  • Send a SMS, email or a letter of acknowledgement within TAT 24 hours if customer is unreachable via telephone.
  • Ensure the fulfillment and closure of all complaints received, are updated with Receiving Touch point within the TAT.
