Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Planning
  • Develop, implement, and manage business plans to maximize sales and achieve KPIs.
  • Sales & Sales Management
    • Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staff.
    • Personally solicit and drive sales to meet team objectives.
    • Motivate, guide, and coach sales staff.
    • Plan and develop marketing and sales campaigns.
    • Leverage community relationships to maximize sales.
    • Maintain a network of local business contacts.
    • Cross-sell retail banking products such as ASB, PF, Credit Cards, etc.
  • Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
    • Protect the bank's image and brand.
  • People Management
    • Handle recruitment, coaching, development, retention, and termination of staff.
    • Foster a high-performance, results-driven work culture.
  • Customer Service Management
    • Anticipate customer needs to deliver quality service and ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and personal loans.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills; local knowledge and dialect are a plus.
    • Basic understanding of sales operations and banking products.
    • Experience in sales management and leading sales teams.
    • Winning attitude, success-driven, self-initiated, and able to work independently.
