Job description

We are seeking a sales manager with extensive knowledge of the glass curtain wall industry and a deep understanding of the Malaysian construction market. This role requires a thorough understanding of the technical characteristics of glass curtain wall products (such as structure, performance, materials), manufacturing processes, installation procedures, and relevant Malaysian construction regulations, standards, and certification requirements. The focus will be on driving sales growth for the company's glass curtain wall systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Formulate and implement effective sales plans and strategies, analyze sales data and market trends, and optimize sales performance to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
  2. Develop new key customer resources; maintain and deepen the long-term strategic partnership with existing core customers; conduct regular customer visits to understand project requirements.
  3. Lead the entire sales process; work with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful product and service delivery.
  4. Represent the company in industry activities, enhance brand awareness, and establish a broad industry network.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering, marketing, business management, or related fields.
  2. Work Experience: At least 5 years of successful sales experience in the glass curtain wall industry in Malaysia; experience in developing and managing large construction projects, familiar with bidding processes and large project operations.
  3. Core Skills: Deep industry knowledge of technical characteristics, manufacturing, installation, and Malaysian building regulations; excellent sales skills; market insight; problem-solving abilities.
  4. Language Skills: Fluent in English and Malay.
