Job Purpose

The role is responsible to handle Senawang & Melaka Mortgage Mobile sale teams & servicing both markets in terms of mortgage loan acceptance & all other core products including credit card, CASA deposit, and account opening.


Job Responsibilities

  1. To manage a team of mortgage mobile sales consultants of between 8 to 10 headcount.
  2. To grow Senawang & Melaka mortgage sales number, credit cards & CASA deposit year by year.
  3. To ensure the mortgage mobile sales team deliver and/or exceed the allocated target set for all core products.
  4. To ensure the sales force comply to banks audit standard & compliance.
  5. To achieve sales target for all core products set by Management.
  6. To assist in recruiting of talents to fill sales consultant position and manage staff retention.
  7. To upkeep and ensure operations of both mortgage hubs' daily operations.
  8. To support, guide and coach the mortgage sales team on a frequent basis.
  9. To entertain, service & perform marketing at Senawang & Melaka market with all business partners including developers, agencies & valuers.
Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma in any relevant fields.
  2. Experienced managing a team of sales consultants and familiar with the assigned market.
  3. Passionate, good communication and highly driven to achieve sales targets.
  4. Solid product knowledge on mortgage and other core products including credit card, CASA deposit, and account opening.
