Job description

Oversee and manage the sales operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and achieve individual and team sales goals.

Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients and agents.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues raised by agents, collect market feedback, and stay attuned to market trends and customer needs.

Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to align strategies and enhance sales initiatives.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or agency systems, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.

Ability to read and write English and Mandarin, with knowledge of major Mandarin dialects as a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a strategic approach to driving results.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
