  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Business Studies or related discipline.
  • Experience preferably in the sales and marketing of food products industry.
  • Proficiency in communication and written Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills will be an advantage.
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
  • Can work at Kajang.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve company revenue targets.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and market trends.

- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand client needs and industry trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and following up on feedback to enhance client retention.

- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience and align cross-functional strategies.

- Prepare and manage the sales budget, forecasts, and expenditures effectively.

- Participate in strategic planning meetings, offering input to improve sales processes and company growth plans.

- Handle escalated client issues and resolve them promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
