We are partnering with a Malaysian Corp that specializes in manufacturing of electrical products. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Sales Manager as part of their strategic growth.
Responsibility:
- Actively engage with consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to promote core solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of projects while ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of project progress.
- Cultivate strong, professional relationships with industry specifiers to secure preferred status for key product lines.
- Provide excellent service and support to clients and project partners throughout the sales and post-sales cycle.
- Continuously update internal teams on market activities, project developments, and client feedback.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions.
- Deliver outcomes aligned with the company's core values and expected professional conduct.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by senior management in alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical & Electrical, Mechatronic or a related field.
- Proven network and established working relationships with M&E consultants and building contractors are mandatory.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the M&E or construction sector.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
