Job Responsibilities

  • Find, recruit and establish a team of Sales Agents to promote and secure sign ups and installations for Astro services
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve set sales targets and to provide good customer service
  • Plan, organise and implement sales activities to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure all documentation requirements are met and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Take immediate corrective action in cases where team members deviate from set policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma holders in Business or in any relevant field
  • Able to lead and motivate the team
  • Able to interact with all levels of people and possess a service oriented mindset
  • Independent, self-motivated and possess positive attitude, results oriented
  • Ability to work and manage in a fast pace and challenging environment
  • Mature, dynamic and proactive
  • Able to organize resources, present report and coordinate project work
