Job Responsibilities
- Find, recruit and establish a team of Sales Agents to promote and secure sign ups and installations for Astro services
- Coach and motivate team members to achieve set sales targets and to provide good customer service
- Plan, organise and implement sales activities to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure all documentation requirements are met and submitted in a timely manner.
- Take immediate corrective action in cases where team members deviate from set policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma holders in Business or in any relevant field
- Able to lead and motivate the team
- Able to interact with all levels of people and possess a service oriented mindset
- Independent, self-motivated and possess positive attitude, results oriented
- Ability to work and manage in a fast pace and challenging environment
- Mature, dynamic and proactive
- Able to organize resources, present report and coordinate project work
