Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Team Leadership & Client Management: Lead, mentor, and coach a sales team while personally managing key accounts and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Market & Business Development: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Technical Expertise: Provide essential technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring they have the knowledge required to deliver a high-quality service and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Experience / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Biotech, Microbiology or related qualifications
