Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager,to spearhead sales initiatives for our OEM sublimation jersey business. This role will focus on developing strong pipelines and closing sales with government sectors, schools, and other institutional clients across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales for OEM jerseys, with a strong emphasis on sublimation products.
  • Identify and penetrate new business opportunities within government agencies, schools, corporate accounts, and other institutional customers nationwide.
  • Achieve sales targets from the first month by leveraging existing networks and creating new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to deliver customized products on time.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and product innovations in the garment and sublimation jersey sector.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record in the OEM garment industry, preferably with exposure to sublimation jersey manufacturing.
  • Candidates with experience as Sales Agents or Managers selling to schools, government sectors, or large institutional clients will be prioritized.
  • Strong existing client network and ability to deliver immediate sales results.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required.

Working Location:

Kuala Lumpur or Perak or Penang or Johor (One of these locations)

Remuneration Package

MYR 10,000 - MYR 15,000 (Basic)
