Job Desccription:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer inquiries or issues promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Promote and position company products effectively in existing and new markets.
- Cultivate new customer accounts and explore new market opportunities, both locally and internationally.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and close deals at appropriate pricing.
- Participate in exhibitions and trade shows, managing the planning and execution of such events.
- Develop and maintain marketing tools including the company website, brochures, and product presentations.
- Serve as a vital link between customers, the market, and internal teams by sharing feedback and market insights.
- Identify industry trends and customer needs to develop strategies that ensure competitiveness.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments such as Production, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in technical discussions as necessary to align customer expectations with product capabilities.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers and support credit control processes.
- Undergo production and product training to gain a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of our offerings.
- Continuously update knowledge on products, applications, and industry standards.
- Conduct domestic and overseas trips to maintain relationships with key accounts and explore potential opportunities.
