About the job Sales Manager (Industrial Lighting, Oil & Gas)

Company Background:

We are representing a China public listed company who specialize in industrial lighting. As they are expanding, they are looking for Sales Manager to join the team in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in developing the organizational structure and job responsibilities of the sales team in this region to help optimize the organizational structure and achieve complete functionality.
  • Develop rules and regulations and work processes to ensure the normal operation of work in this area;
  • Organize daily work guidance and training for employees in the region, continuously improve the work ability of subordinates, and increase per capita sales revenue;
  • Responsible for organizing the assessment and motivation of employees in the region, continuously improving the team's management level and performance;
  • Based on the regional sales plan and work priorities, establish annual performance goals for the region to ensure the effectiveness of the work plan and the achievement of performance goals;
  • Collect bidding project information, prepare bidding documents, carry out pre bidding work, organize and participate in bidding, and ensure the smooth bidding of the project;
  • Prepare and review the cost budget for this region, exercise reasonable control, and ensure the effectiveness of budget preparation;

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or any other relevant field.
  • Candidate at least have 4 years of working experience in Business Development/ Sales for international Market.
  • Candidate have strong connection/ experience with Oil & Gas company would be added advantage.
  • Strong communication skill in English; candidate with Arabic/ Russian language will be added advantage.
