  • Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and team leadership.
  • Strong technical background and ability to understand engineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
  • Willing to travel locally or regionally as needed.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Skills Required: Fluent Mandarin, Sales Technique and Technical Knowledge.
  • Lead and drive the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and improve market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide technical consultation to clients, presenting solutions based on customer needs and engineering requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while developing new customer connections.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical accuracy.
