- Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and team leadership.
- Strong technical background and ability to understand engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
- Willing to travel locally or regionally as needed.
- Possess own transport.
- Skills Required: Fluent Mandarin, Sales Technique and Technical Knowledge.
- Lead and drive the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and improve market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
- Provide technical consultation to clients, presenting solutions based on customer needs and engineering requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while developing new customer connections.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical accuracy.
