Our Client is a leading distribution company in the rapidly evolving Medical and Aesthetic industry. As part of their exciting journey of expansion, in bringing their innovative beauty and wellness solutions from their headquarters in Singapore to Malaysia; they are seeking to hire a dedicated, and experienced Sales Manager(in Aesthetic Science & Technology) to be part of their team and a key player in helping them establish and grow their presence in the Malaysian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales of medical, aesthetic, consumable, and skincare related products, including devices and equipment.
  • Market Penetration & Account Management: Open new customer accounts, manage key accounts, and actively participate in tenders and direct purchase opportunities.
  • Sales Development: Focus on expanding product sales within designated territories and identify new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and propose sales strategies, set targets, and ensure the execution of sales plans.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather competitor information and industry insights to assist the Sales Manager in shaping relevant sales and marketing strategies.
  • Product Demonstrations & Training: Conduct product demonstrations for medical professionals and provide after-sales training and support.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships through continuous follow-up and personalized support to meet client needs.
  • Marketing & visibility: Work with the marketing team to increase product visibility at conferences, including preparing product literature and promotional materials.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and other industry events.
  • Regional Support: Assist other countries as necessary to support business needs

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biomedical Science, Business, or Nursing.
  • Min 5years of sales experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or related industries
  • Knowledge of laser technology and its applications in medical aesthetics is highly desirable.
