To support our expansion, we are looking for energetic, driven, and visionary individuals to join our dynamic and ambitious team.
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities across wholesale, retail, food service, and export channels.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, especially in the HORECA sector.
Lead, recruit, coach, and manage your own team of at least two (2) Sales Executives under your team.
Monitor sales performance, analyze campaign results, and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
Conduct cold calls, field visits, and in-person presentations to secure new clients and generate orders.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, procurement, stock control) to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
Supervise and coach Sales Executives by providing training, motivation, and direct support; resolve operational or customer-related issues efficiently.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, customer feedback, and performance updates to management.
Ensure proper product handling and food safety compliance during transportation and delivery.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand presence.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Assist in developing pricing strategies, promotions, and bundled offers based on market demand.
Conduct regular territory reviews and route planning to optimize market coverage.
Promptly address customer complaints and delivery issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Willingness to travel regularly and work on Saturdays.
Must possess own transport.
Preferably Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5-year sales experience in HORECA business.
Wiling to work on Saturday (half/day).
Track record in achieving sales targets.
Primary forecast of HORECA customer support wholesale and retail when necessary.
An existing customer network in the frozen food or food service sector is a strong advantage.
High energy, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
Proficient in digital tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM systems), and sales reporting platforms.
Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken and written).
