Sales Manager (Healthcare)

Hey there, CityMedic is growing its sales team and we are looking for a dynamic, people person, firm, and result-oriented person to join our company as a Sales Manager to lead and manage our Sales Team. This role requires a motivated leader with excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Your job would require you to:

1. Travel to meet key customers around Malaysia with your sales team.
2. Coach and communicate with your sales team to achieve the company's sales objectives.
3. Communicate with management on market intel and sales strategies.
4. Provide inputs for the company's product and market strategy.
5. Have fun and meet new people!

For this position, we require that you have at least 1 year of experience; however, if you feel that you are the person we should hire, go ahead and apply.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): sales, coaching.

Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia.
