Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our health products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a passion for developing others.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
3. Train and coach team members to enhance their skills.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
2. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience in the health products sector is a plus.
