Une entreprise de logistique de premier plan en Malaisie recherche un Responsable des Ventes dynamique pour développer ses ventes dans un marché en expansion. Le poste nécessitera d'assurer un service après-vente de qualité et d'établir des relations solides avec les clients existants tout en prospectant de nouveaux marchés. Le candidat idéal doit posséder des compétences en communication et une compréhension approfondie du secteur logistique.

Qualifications

  • Candidat idéal avec diplôme tertiaire et compétences interpersonnelles.
  • Expérience dans la logistique ou services de transport est un plus.
  • Capacité à communiquer en anglais, bahasa malais, et mandarin est requise.

Responsibilities

  • Servir et étendre les ventes auprès des comptes existants et prospecter de nouveaux clients.
  • Responsable de l'augmentation de la part de marché et de la croissance des affaires.

Job description

•Position: Sales Manager/Executive.
•Position type:Permanent;Full-time.
•Remuneration: 4000-8000(Basic salary), Allowances,commissions.
•Location: Based at Bandar Bukit Jalil,WP Kuala Lumpur.

Our client is a subsidiary of a Public Listed Company engaged in value-added transportation and innovative logistics delivery services to a wide spectrum of markets in Malaysia. They are embarking on a significant expansion in the Malaysian markets and therefore actively seeking dynamic,results focused sales professionals to come on board to undertake the sales and marketing portfolio in further developing sales to existing and new market segments.
Responsibilities
·Servicing and expanding sales to existing accounts and prospecting potential new clients.
·Responsible for market awareness, increasing market share and achieving new business growth with the logistics transport infrastructure.
·Developing new customer base and opportunities and creating new accounts through cold calling and networking so as to meet sales targets and profitability.
·Executing sales deals by negotiating proposals and tenders.
·Liaising closely with company colleagues to ensure that products and services are always satisfy the customer needs.
·Provide after sales support to maintain the highest level of customer service standards.
Requirements
The ideal and suitable candidates should have tertiary qualifications coupled with good inter-personal and communication skills to succeed in this sales role. The company will consider sales professionals especially with relevant or related industry in logistics and/or transportation services
·Malaysian male or female age below 40.
·Tertiary qualification (Diploma or degree).
·Possess a valid driving license Class D.
·Background or previous experience in warehouse logistics or similar industry will be advantageous.
·Able to communicate in English,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
·Must be willing to be based at Bandar Bukit Jalil area.
·Possess own vehicle and willing to travel on sales and marketing activities.
