Location: Kuala Lumpur / Selangor

Salary: Up to RM10,000 per month

A growing company in the electrical power and energy sector is looking for a Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for high-voltage transmission and medium-voltage distribution line fittings and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver technical presentations on company products and solutions
2. Understand customer needs, analyze data, and provide tailored sales support
3. Identify and generate new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and achieve sales targets
4. Collaborate with internal teams and propose improvements to optimize business performance
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities and industry partners

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales within the power, energy, or electrical industry
3. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with TNB, SEB, SESB, and medium/high-voltage distribution utilities
4. Skills: Strong sales acumen, technical expertise, and ability to negotiate with clients
5. Languages: Proficiency in English
6. Other: Willingness to travel for business and ability to start within 1 month
