Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business and project opportunities to achieve the company objectives and sales targets.
- Promote and integrate the company’s engineering products (e.g., electromechanical systems, automation solutions) into EPC project offerings.
- Lead the preparation of quotations, tender documents, and technical-commercial proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle including pre- and post-tender contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure alignment between product capabilities and project requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EPC, M&E, or industrial engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Malaysia’s EPC market, tendering processes, and regulatory landscape.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required to liaise with regional clients and partners.
