The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth in the carpet retail and contracting industry. Based on-site in Sri Hartamas, the role involves managing client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring targets are met. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the company’s range of carpet products and deliver engaging product presentations.
  • Prepare quotations and attend to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and report on market trends and conditions; prepare regular sales and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO documentation and company policies.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve group sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching and support to sales staff to help them meet individual and team KPIs.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Manage and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business success.
  • Motivate and incentivize the team to maintain high performance and achieve targets.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
