A leading company in the Electronics & Electrical sector is seeking a motivated Sales Professional with at least 3 years of experience in Electronic Components Industrial Sales. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing global distributor accounts. This role involves leading a team, addressing high-pressure situations, and identifying growth opportunities within the market.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Electronic Components Industrial Sales.
  • Experience in managing global distributor accounts such as Avnet and TTI.
  • Hands-on experience in Sales, SCM, Delivery Control.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience inElectronic Components Industrial Sales, preferably within the Electronics & Electrical (E&E) sector.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new assignments and responsibilities as needed.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong drive and ambition to achieve targets and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have hands-on experience incommercial functions for E&E, includingSales, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Delivery Control, PSI Management, Quotation Handling, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Proven experience in managing and supportingglobal distributor accountssuch asAvnet, TTI, Future Electronics, and Arrow Electronics.
