A leading recruitment company is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day sales operations across the Southeast Asia markets. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the beverage industry, a proven track record in managing sales execution, and strong skills in stakeholder management and negotiation. This role involves collaboration with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth effectively.
Manage day-to-day sales operations and execution of sales strategies across assigned Southeast Asia markets.
Support development and rollout of Route-to-Market (RTM) plans under guidance from senior sales leadership to drive brand visibility and growth in both On-premise and Off-trade channels.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts to ensure sales targets are met.
Monitor market trends, sales performance, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to ensure aligned sales and promotional activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for Head of Sales and senior management.
Lead and coach junior sales staff if applicable, fostering teamwork and performance excellence.
Assist in regional hub operational development by sharing sales operational insights and feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years experience in sales roles within beverage industry (or FMCG), preferably in Southeast Asia region.
Proven track record in managing sales execution, distributor engagement, and achieving sales growth targets.
Familiarity with On-premise and Off-trade channels, with ability to manage diverse customer segments.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market conditions to make informed decisions.
Business-level English proficiency; additional regional language skills are advantageous.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting regional operations setup.
