About the Employer

The employer is one of the biggest banks in Malaysia with more than 400 branches nationwide. They are currently hiring for a Personal Banker to be stationed at their branches across Malaysia.

• Basic Salary of RM6000-RM10000 (excluding commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives)
• Yearly incentive trips and performance bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales opportunities
• Conduct prospecting and cold calls to engage potential customers
• Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new clients
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers for upselling opportunities
• Provide financial advice and follow-up services on policy matters

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification (at least 5 passes including BM) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Fresh diploma or degree holders are encouraged to apply
• Experience in sales and customer service is advantageous
• Result-oriented with a strong interest in sales and marketing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mandarin speaking ability is a plus
• Own transport and willingness to travel as required
