Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager/Account Manager to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships in the electronics components and electrical connectors market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and explore business opportunities within the electronics and electrical connectors sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to inform management decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management in electronics components or electrical connectors.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and connector solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
