As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and lead the charge in driving sales growth within Malaysia.

This full-time role is based in Puchong Jaya, Selangor, and will play a crucial part in driving sales growth in Malaysia. Additionally, the role includes a competitive commission structure, providing you with the opportunity to directly benefit from your sales achievements.

Job Description:

As a Sales Manager at VSING, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities, building relationships with key clients, and ensuring the growth of our brand. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales targets and KPIs, focusing on client acquisition, customer retention, and top-up sales within the VSING app.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth in both new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement, specifically in the app’s top-up sales.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners to foster long-term growth and customer loyalty.
  4. Analyze sales performance data, including app top-up trends, to adjust strategies and optimize revenue streams.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
  6. Represent VSING at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand awareness and build partnerships.
  7. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team, with insights on top-up sales and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the interactive entertainment or technology-driven sectors.
  2. Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies to meet changing customer needs.
  5. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on delivering results.
  6. Experience in managing a diverse sales team and working in a fast-paced environment.
