• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive profitable and sustainable revenue growth across assigned retailer accounts in accordance with company direction.
• Manage and expand relationships with assigned key accounts to position company as preferred strategic partners in the toy category.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse KPIs, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Maintain and monitor retailer sell-out performance to ensure inventory health and SKU productivity.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to coordinate product launches, promotions, and inventory planning.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and promotional agreements with retailers.
• Identify new market opportunities, including regional expansion within Malaysia.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
