Job description

The Sales Manager (Dealer Sales Division) is responsible for leading and managing the dealer/distributor channel for Intrix’s product lines (e.g., water purifiers). This role involves developing dealer networks, driving sales performance, and ensuring alignment with company objectives through effective team leadership and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead, manage, and develop a team of dealer-focused sales executives
  2. Build and expand the dealer/distributor network nationwide
  3. Set sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and drive achievement
  4. Conduct market analysis to identify new dealer opportunities and competitor activities
  5. Plan and implement dealer activation programs, training, and support
  6. Collaborate with marketing, product, and after-sales teams to ensure full sales cycle support
  7. Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and feedback to HBU
  8. Ensure dealer compliance with pricing, branding, and sales policies
  9. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and dealer meetings as a company representative
Key Requirements
  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  3. Proven success in dealer or channel sales (preferably in Sales Designer, water purifier, or electrical appliances)
  4. Monitor performance and lead a team of 20 people minimum to achieve targets
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  6. Analytical and target-driven, with solid understanding of sales data & CRM tools
  7. Proficient in Mandarin and English (to support a diverse dealer base)
  8. Willing to travel nationwide for dealer engagement
