A leading company in the property and real estate sector is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee and implement sales strategies, manage personnel, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of relevant experience, leadership abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Title: Sales Manager
Lead, supervise, monitor, and organize all resources to carry out sales implementation exercises to ensure all sales activities are executed successfully.
Manage and motivate sales personnel, conduct training, and monitor sales agents' activities and performance to ensure a consistent level of operational excellence.
Generate, analyze, and propose strategies for sales-related reports in a timely manner.
Work directly with the Director on project commissions, rebates, and furnishings.
Oversee JV project pre-launch activities: pricing, marketing collateral, showroom design, and launch planning.
Supervise the end-to-end process for launching new projects.
Participate and provide input during product development and price setting stages to assist in developing market-valued products.
Align with business plan targets and develop overall sales strategies for assigned projects to meet company goals.
Develop guidelines and workflows to ensure effective sales floor control, uphold sales team discipline, and resolve conflicts.
Resolve agents’ concerns and internal issues to maintain morale and productivity.
Supervise sales admin tasks such as transaction records, client database updates, booking fee slips, refunds, and new agent onboarding.
Coordinate logistics for company events including monthly general meetings, agent training, and award ceremonies.
Collaborate with in-house designers to craft marketing materials, run incentive campaigns, and manage branding content on social media.
Prepare monthly sales performance reports and coordinate trophy and certificate printing with vendors.
Maintain accurate records of each project's Master Agreement, including contract timelines, commission payout stages, and project milestones.
Serve as key coordinator for delegated tasks to ensure timely completion.
Determine KPI drivers annually.
Job Requirements:
Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
Minimum of 4–7 years experience in sales or business development, preferably in property, real estate, or investment sectors.
At least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proficient in computer usage, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Experience with ERP systems is preferable.
