A leading company specializes in sanitation products seeks a market development professional in Malaysia. The role involves crafting strategies to enhance market penetration, ensuring sales targets are met, and conducting market analysis. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sanitation marketing, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Develop a comprehensive market development strategy for sanitation products and implement it effectively.
Utilize customer resources and needs, facilitate the signing of sales contracts, and ensure sales targets are met. Follow up on payments, prevent payment risks, and ensure timely fund recovery.
Conduct market surveys, provide market trend analysis reports, and optimize market development strategies based on current market conditions.
Requirements:
Knowledge: Background in marketing and sanitation products, familiarity with local sanitation brands, products, usage scenarios, potential customers, and extensive sales experience.
Language: Proficiency in English and local languages; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and essential sales and survey skills.
Competency: Strong understanding of the local sanitation market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a proven sales record.
Work Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, mechanical engineering, or related fields, with over 3 years of sanitation equipment sales experience.
