To lead and manage the Sales & Marketing Department in developing and executing strategic marketing & sales plans to achieve its objectives and targets, which includes the following:

• Experience in handling overseas customers and business development with overseas customers.
• Familiarity with OEM customers, especially in the automotive industry, both domestic and international markets.
• Identify marketing opportunities by assessing customers’ requirements, conducting market analysis, and forecasting projected business to establish targeted market share.
• Plan, manage, and supervise the marketing team to achieve targeted growth in revenue and profit.
• Identify and closely follow up on new business opportunities while developing current business.
• Provide technical and application support.
• Address customer complaints and needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Marketing & Sales field.
• Proven record of increasing company revenue and growth.
• Preferably have experience in MNC environments, OEM, and the automotive industry.
• Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
• Good customer relationship management skills throughout various stages.
• Good command of written and oral English.
• Computer literate in Microsoft applications.
• Willingness to travel as required.
