Our Client:

We are partnering with a Malaysian Corp that specializes in manufacturing of Elevator Systems and Busduct Systems products. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Sales Manager as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibility:

  • Actively engage with consultants, developers, and key stakeholders to promote core electrical distribution and fire-resistant cabling solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of projects while ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of project progress.
  • Cultivate strong, professional relationships with industry specifiers to secure preferred status for key product lines.
  • Provide excellent service and support to clients and project partners throughout the sales and post-sales cycle.
  • Continuously update internal teams on market activities, project developments, and client feedback.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions.
  • Deliver outcomes aligned with the company's core values and expected professional conduct.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by senior management in alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the M&E or construction sector.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
