A leading FMCG company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for developing business strategies, ensuring product quality, and maintaining profitable relationships with clients. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in food manufacturing or FMCG sectors, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsible for achieving revenue growth and profit targets.
Responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to meet sales targets.
Responsible for the performance and development of the distributor.
Develop, establish, and maintain profitable relationships with potential customers and existing subsidiaries, ensuring timely revenue collection.
Develop a business plan and strategy for the market to ensure the achievement of sales and profit targets.
Monitor and evaluate existing product performance, recommend, and implement appropriate pricing and distribution strategies to achieve desired sales and profit results.
Provide sales forecasts, development plans, and product diversification strategies.
Ensure products meet customer expectations regarding quality, quantity, access, and punctuality.
Carry out related tasks as required by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or relevant fields) with a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in FMCG industries.
At least 5 years' experience in Food Manufacturing/Industries.
Highly skilled in prospecting and targeting new FMCG clients.
Strong leadership skills.
Demonstrate excellence & expertise in the local market with strong existing business relations.
Excellent command of English, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep analytical skills and understanding of operational processes.
