About the role

As the Sales Manager at Yew Lee Pacific Manufacturer Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth and customer success, to maintain the company's local and global sales for services and commodities and create methodical procedures and ideas to attract and persuade local and international clients. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Based in Pusing Perak, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's future.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team

Providing coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to help them excel in their roles

Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales processes

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners

Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

Reporting on sales performance and providing recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for
