Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new commercial & industrial (C&I) clients
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and industry outreach
Understand clients' technical requirements for solar systems and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and project quotations
Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to project handover
Conduct site visits, courtesy follow-ups, and ensure excellent after-sales service
Collaborate closely with the Group CEO, including occasional weekend discussions on sales direction/proposals
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or project-based sales
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts
Proficient in English, Mandarin/Chinese, and Malay (written and spoken)
Good-to-Have:
Experience in solar energy, renewable solutions, or industrial project sales
Ability to manage full sales cycles from lead generation to project handover
