Chemistree Sdn Bhd, a leading cleaning chemical solutions provider for the hospitality, healthcare, and food processing sectors, is looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our growth in the hotel and F&B segments.

About the role

We are expanding and looking for experienced Sales Managers to join our commercial team in Klang Valley, Penang, Melaka, and Johor. This full-time position focuses on new business development, client retention, and delivering sales growth across your assigned territory. You will play a critical role in driving Chemistree’s market presence and brand strength within the hospitality and F&B industries.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our customer base, particularly in the hotel and F&B sectors

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns

Providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the senior management team

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in service solution selling or the chemical/hospitality industry.

Strong network and proven sales record in the hotel and F&B industry is a must.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
