• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the stamping hardware or related manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successful customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of metal stamping processes and products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

New Customer Acquisition

• Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target potential customers in the automotive, electronics, and other relevant industries.
• Utilize market research, industry events, and online platforms to build a robust lead pipeline.
• Cold call, email, and network to establish initial contact with prospects and convert them into customers.

Customer Relationship Management

• Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality control, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Market Analysis

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management team to support business decision-making.
