A leading company in Malacca is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to oversee sales activities and drive performance in both local and regional markets. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a commitment to achieving targets, and fluency in Mandarin to engage effectively with clients. Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Defining and executing territory sales plans
Writing sales results and progress, and reporting these to top management
Required Skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders

Requirement
Minimum Diploma and above, with minimum 2 years experience in sales
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Highly committed, motivated and have good team spirit
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to work under pressure and ad hoc duties
Able to travel
Outgoing and friendly personality
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Own Transport
Full-time, Permanent.
