Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the progress of customer programs across internal departments to ensure timely project completion and delivery.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, engaging key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including Customer Service and Product Development, to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct meetings with existing and potential customers to identify and develop new business opportunities..

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in any discipline. Candidates with an engineering background are an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager.
  • Proven experience in roles such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager.
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
