Job description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategies to expand market share. Effectively leading the NPI to ensure the project process is meeting the timeline.

Responsibilities include:

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • To help the selling tasks in contributing to the company’s growth and attainment of set goals in the Sales Department.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts on NPI related and work with internal departments on Corrective Action.
  • Leading the NPI team on Quotation, QRF Hit Rate Report, Project Tracker, and other compilation required to track the progress on new business.
  • To take part in activities such as Trade Exhibitions, Seminars, Training Courses.

Customer & Account Management

  • To plan and manage customers’ accounts that are assigned to you with focus on execution of new projects development, meet the project’s deadline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with customers, NPI and RIC on new project DFM, quotation, engineering changes, samples readiness and deliveries.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting

  • Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Forecast sales trends, pipeline growth and revenue project accurately.
  • Present sales performance insights and strategic recommendations.

Budget & Pricing Management

  • Manage sales budgets, working together with relevant departments for pricing strategies to maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and sales agreements.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in sales or project management, preferrable with key account management experience
  • Able to understand customer product drawings
  • Project management

  • Result-driven with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a must as you will need to work closely with our counterparts in China.
  • Experience medical device industry is a plus.
