Job Description:

• Identify, create new leads, and grow existing customers’ business by exploring new opportunities in manufacturing space.

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed the group’s targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.

• Understand customer requirements, develop tailored business proposals, and presentations in collaboration with the Engineering Team.

• Support project delivery after securing orders, working with engineering team members on the scope committed to customers.

• Ensure excellent customer service through regular follow-up with clients.

• Assist Business Development Managers (BDM) in translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.

• Support BDMs in translating discussions into actionable items during meetings.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
