Sales Manager/Business Development Manager (Palm Oil Industry)

Biomicrogel Group is an innovative company established in 2012 by a team of engineers who developed a unique technology for cleaning water and hard surfaces from various oils, petroleum products, and pollutants.

Our team was the first in the world to apply the reversible solubility principle of natural polymers, used in medical pharmaceuticals for microencapsulation and drug transportation, to water treatment and industrial surface cleaning. Our products are also used in the palm oil extraction process.

Due to active growth, we are seeking a Sales Manager with experience in the palm oil industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop new customers and support existing ones, expanding the customer base
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and distributors
  • Attract new distributors; support and coordinate with existing distributors and sales activities
  • Participate in industry events: conferences, exhibitions, round tables, etc., representing the company
  • Sales forecasting and inventory planning for customers and distributors
  • Conduct competitor research
  • Maintain CRM system and act according to the company plan
  • Report Business Development Data (BDD)
Requirements:
  • Higher education
  • Experience in the palm oil industry, water waste management, or water treatment
  • Knowledge of palm oil mill production processes
  • Technical and engineering skills, analytical mindset
  • Strong communication skills: active listening, leading conversations, reasoned defense
  • Proactive leadership qualities and good presentation skills
  • Diligence and responsibility
  • English language proficiency
  • Willingness to travel frequently (60-70%)
