A leading company in the Food Service sector is seeking a Sales Manager based in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and expanding the customer base in the F&B industry. Candidates should demonstrate a strong network and proven experience in achieving sales targets, with excellent communication skills necessary for client engagement and relationship management.
KEY CRITERIA: Candidates who applied for this role must have experience and network in the wholesales category, especially who have contact with Food and Beverage industry.
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
•Identify and explore new business opportunities in the (Food Service and Wholesale) sectors.
•Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
2. Client Relationship Management:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Identify and engage potential clients to expand the customer base.
•Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
•Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
•Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
•Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients.
•Manage and grow existing B2B accounts, including distributors, food service providers, supermarkets, and convenience chains.
4.Collaboration and Coordination:
•Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
•Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
•Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights and market demands.
5.Reporting and Analysis:
•Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
•Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
•Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
•Strong network and proven experience as a sales Manager in the (Food Service, F&B, and Wholesale) industry.
•Must have the network and skill to open new accounts in Wholesales and F&B industry (restaurant, supermarket and hotel)
•Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
•Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Proficiency in MS Office and Auto count.
•Office based in Taman Sungai Besi
