Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
- Develop & provide sales tactic and on-the-ground support for sales team as they generate leads and close new deals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales objectives & targets.
- Monitoring and analysing sales report & statistics based on key quantitative metrics to adjust sales strategies and pricing
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create compelling sales awareness and promotional materials that attract potential buyers
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient workflow, facilitating and add value to the selling process and achievement of sales targets.
- Facilitate communication between buyers and various stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Monitor and support REA in all sales related matters
Qualifications
- Possesses Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Communication or an equivalent of working experience in digital / media advertising / marketing with at least 6 years' experience.
- Experience in property development is an added advantage
- Passionate and have knowledgeable in property industry is an added advantage
- Hands on understanding of online marketing
- Have management skills and critical thinking to ensure task is delivered well.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders
- Able to work independently and contribute effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong desire to deliver outstanding results.
