Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in the Malaysia market for steel products.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial lead generation and prospecting to final contract signing and after-sales support.
  • Analyze the local market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking new clients to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the company at local trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor' s degree, Chinese is available as working languages.
  • At least 3 years of steel(Rebars)sales experience in Malayisa, In-depth knowledge of the Malaysia business culture and market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
