A leading pharmaceutical distributor is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will lead the sales team to enhance customer engagement and achieve business targets in a sustainable and innovative healthcare environment.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to help accelerate market penetration, optimize opportunities with existing customers and partners, and translate product innovation into real-world solutions. This role is pivotal in growing our business and creating meaningful impact across our network.
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives and ensuring the delivery of accurate, consistent product knowledge to our customers. You will also contribute to achieving key business targets, support new product launches, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales and marketing effectiveness. Your ability to lead, analyze, and strategize will directly influence the success of our team and satisfaction of our customers.
Preferred Qualifications
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of related working experience
Strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficient in sales analysis and reporting
Solid product and market knowledge
Experience in budgeting management
Skilled in workflow optimization and project management
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets
Set clear sales KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews
Recruit, train, and develop sales team members for long-term success
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Oversee key account negotiations and resolve escalated issues effectively
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Monitor sales performance metrics and generate actionable insights
Provide timely reports and market feedback to management
Collaborate with marketing, finance and supply chain teams for seamless execution
