Job Description
Prospecting
- Manage and record all leads from initial contact, interaction, or engagement (digital, tradeshow contacts, client referrals, leads generated by the BDM, regional target customer lists, etc.), to product education and deal stage recording.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand each prospect’s specific requirements.
- Document all prospect needs, pain points, and business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Identify and pursue new client growth or upgrade opportunities within the first 12 months from sign-up.
Product
- Create compelling and professional product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the software's value based on each prospect’s unique business needs.
- Communicate effectively the capabilities, features, benefits, and advantages of the software during scheduled demos.
- Update and record all prospect interactions, meetings, requirements, and deal stages.
Proposal
- Prepare customized proposals tailored to each prospect’s needs.
- Manage the proposal process from creation to presentation, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Accurately record all proposals and revenue details (one-time fees, ARR, MRR, training, etc.).
Deals
- Negotiate terms (according to internal pricing and discount policies) to close deals.
- Record negotiations and deal closures.
- Complete all internal documentation for closed deals.
- Provide comprehensive handover documentation for the Account Manager, implementation, and training teams post-deal.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts, status, and progress reports to Regional Leader and Group Sales & Marketing Manager monthly.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Collaboration
- Share knowledge, insights, tips, trends, and relevant information within the team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall strategy and success.
- Identify and communicate needs for collateral, advertising, or marketing to enhance brand awareness in key territories.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing tradeshows, events, and industry or association gatherings in your region.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales and deal closing.
- Passionate about relationship building and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to travel.
Additional Advantages
- Experience in the tourism industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is essential.
- Strong time management and planning skills.

Salary: ~RM9,000 - RM13,000
Start date: From 14 days after offer acceptance.
Commission: Yes, claimable.
