Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders.

Conduct regular client meetings, site inspections, and follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalizations.

Drive room sales and other revenue streams.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Track competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel and generate leads.

Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hotel industry or a similar role.

Strong understanding of hotel operations, sales processes, and revenue management principles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.

Proficiency in English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
