Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Desaru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing relationships with corporate clients, and coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities. Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, generate sales reports, and organize hotel events to attract new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate, government & travel agents.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring performance excellence.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies to remain competitive.

Requirements

• Relevant certification in sales or a related field.
• Relevant experience in similar role.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Desaru.
